Bill's first business - Essence Computers - was venture capital funded, grew quickly, and was sold to a competitor in 1996.
Bill has used his strong leadership skills to help many organizations including serving as a Selectman for the Town of Rockland, Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Town of Rockland, and Chairman of the Board for the Southfield Redevelopment Authority. Bill is active in the Boston Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization and has served on their Board of Directors. Bill also serves on the Board of the Assinippi Commons Condo Trust and is the President and CEO of Minahan Investments, a company focused on Real Estate and business investments in the New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
Bill enjoys a variety of activities outside of aNetworks. He is the Pitmaster and Owner of the Que and a Half Men Competition BBQ Team. His team has won numerous championships while competing against elite teams from around the country. Bill is also a Master Scuba instructor, golfer and skier. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years, Julie, his daughters Alexandra and Samantha, and his 2 grandchildren, Kayden and Savanna.
