We understand that not every business requires a IT service plan, which is why we offer affordable hourly IT services. Break/Fix support is the perfect solution for businesses that rarely have IT issues or already have a dedicated IT department and do not want to commit to a monthly service contract.

No Contracts, No Fuss

With the break/fix service option, IT support and maintenance is provided on a "per-incident basis" and you will be billed an affordable hourly rate whenever you use our services.

Onsite & Device Monitoring Support Available

We will provide all of the same convenient service options - onsite and offsite - even if you go the break/fix service route. Onsite visits are available within a 60 mile radius of our Norwell office.
