As a key member of our Service Team, you’ll share your technical expertise with our clients, provide caring and expert technical support, and resolve simple technical issues.
• Provide onsite support for our service engineers.
• Provide professional and caring technical support to our clients.
• Assist with activities that require a visit to our clients.
• Support our team with new PC installs and projects.
• Learning new and evolving technologies and by attaining designated professional certifications.
• Contribute to our vision and direction by helping improve our onsite presence with our clients.
• Valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of general computer configuration, printer configuration and networking.
• A familiarity with major commercial product lines such as Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft, etc.
• Industry standard PC and workstation hardware
• Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS
• Backup Technologies – Barracuda, Datto, Storagecraft.
• Enterprise UTM (unified threat management), anti-virus and malware protection solutions
